Team Leaders
We are looking for students willing to continue to develop their leadership gifts by leading one of the teams listed above.
If you are interested in being considered for a team leader spot (2/3 team leaders per group) then let us know what team/teams you would like to lead,
AND WHY
you would like to do so in 3-4 sentences below.
*I Understand That…
-I understand leadership involves the entire school year not just one semester.
-I understand my that I represent Christ and the community of CSF with my behavior.
-I agree to be part of a discipleship setting regularly (such as a growth group).
-I promise not to cupcake in 2008-2009.
(Cupcaking: Hitting on innocent, naïve freshmen guys/girls.) (Just joking- mostly. The shame of hitting on naïve freshmen might be punishment enough.)
-I commit to attend leadership retreats (fall and spring) and monthly leadership meeting throughout the semester to the best of my ability. (We understand that CSF will not always be put ahead of everything else but simply ask that you make CSF a consistent priority.)
-I commit to attending ‘frontline’ CSF events which includes attending Synergy weekly as well as attending beginning of the year events such as Freshmen Move-In Day, Opening Week Parties, and other large special parties/events through the year (only about 4/5 per semester).
-I promise to be flexible, supportive and any other good adjectives in being a part of the story God is telling through the ministry in/around CSF.
By typing my name below I’m signifying that I understand these commitments and am committed to living out this life in Jesus with the CSF community to the best of my ability.
